We are now offering in-clinic or curbside appointments pending owner preference. It is of utmost importance for the well-being of all our clients and team members that if you are ill, you DO NOT come to the clinic for an appointment. Please reschedule your appointment, or send in an authorized representative to the clinic.
In-Clinic Appointment:
When you arrive, please call/text our front desk at 864-757-0850. If sending a text, please include your pet's name with the color and make/model of your vehicle
As soon as an examination room is available, a technician will come get you and your pet and bring directly to the scale and into an exam room (this should limit people in the lobby).
Please wear a mask if you have one, or we will provide you with one. (A mask must be worn coming into the building)
Due to the smaller size of exam rooms, we ask that only one person accompany the pet in.
The technician will get all pertinent history and review the plan for the visit. Exam and treatments will be done as normal.
Check out and payment for services will be done in the exam room, so you will be able to head straight out of the building upon completion of your appointment.
Concierge Curbside Appointment:
When you arrive, please call/text our front desk at 864-757-0850. If sending a text, please include your pet's name with the color and make/model of your vehicle
A technician will call to get your pet's history and gather information for the visit while you wait in your vehicle.
The doctor will perform and examination and will call with examination findings and any other recommendations.
The technician will review an estimate and collect payment for services over the phone.
Your pet will be returned to you with a written copy of the physical exam notes, medications, and any home care instructions.
Technician Appointment:

A technician or assistant will come to your vehicle to get your pet.
To minimize foot traffic through the building, with technician appointments, we ask that owners stay in their vehicle.
We will call to arrange payment for services provided, and bring your pet back to your vehicle.
We have temporarily discontinued bathing appointments as the curbside protocols are more labor intensive.
Medication Pick-Up:
When you arrive, please call/text the front desk at 864-757-0850. If sending a text, please include your pet's name with the color and make/model of your vehicle
A client service representative will collect payment over the phone for medication and bring it right to your vehicle.
