When you arrive, please call/text our front desk at 864-757-0850.
A technician will get your pet’s history and confirm specifics for your visit over the phone, then come bring your pet from the car into the building while you wait in the vehicle.
The doctor will call you with their findings and recommendations after the exam.
The technician will review an estimate and collect payment for services over the phone.
Your pet will be returned to you with a written copy of the physical exam notes and homecare instructions.
It is of utmost importance for the well-being of all our clients and team members that if you are ill, you DO NOT come to the clinic for an appointment. Please reschedule your appointment, or send in an authorized representative to the clinic.
